"I am just giving you a quick and easy solution. If you don't like her, then I can just kill her with my two hands, or I can let Zircon kill her. It's as easy as flipping a hand," the Masked Alpha stated detachedly as if he was talking about killing a bug, not a whole person. "Just say yes, and I can execute it in a minute."
"NO!" Odette snapped. Her chest began to heave as she was very upset with the idea the Masked Alpha proposed. "You are defying the Goddess! Your Majesty, what is wrong with you?!"
"Nothing's wrong with me," the Masked Alpha replied calmly. "And yes, I have defied the Goddess Selene's—my own grandaunt's order. I can't force myself to like a woman whom I have zero feelings with. I can't feel any chemistry, nor do I want to get close to her."
"Then try to get close to her! You're thinking to mate with me because we spent too much time together!" Odette yelled out of frustration. "Pull yourself together, Your Majesty! This is not how you usually think!"
