"Noelle, please open the door. I promise that you won't go abroad; just open the door for Mommy." Diana pleaded, repeatedly banging on her daughter's door.
"Go away, Mom. That girl has ruined my life, and you couldn't do anything about it. Just go away!"
Hearing her daughter's aggrieved tone, Diana clenched her fist and marched to her bedroom.
Samuel, who was in the middle of a call, looked at her and continued, "Yes, the best school in Switzerland will be nice. Call me back when everything is ready."
"Switzerland? You are actually sending our daughter away because Gael says so."
"Do not start, Diana. Everything that is happening right now is your fault."
"What?"
"What exactly did you do all these years you were the director of Zarion High? If you had put a leash on your daughter, then this mess would never have happened. Have you seen the news recently, or the only thing you have been paying attention to so far is your daughter's tantrums?"
